Why can I not listen to the video all at once. I hear 6 words then a long pause up to 30 seconds then back to the video. Elaine

I am taking a Beta Blocker for heart palpitations. I've noticed that when I get some palpitations and do deep breathing they stop. Why is this?

Hello Elaine
Deep Breathing causes a vasovagal response that slows your heart rate mommentarily. That is good but why is it going fast. You need a heart workup including a stress EKG, an echocardiogram and a 24 hour Holter Monitor.
Warm Regards
Dr Bruce Shelton

Once a diagnosis is made, treatment can begin and can be done with "Natural Methods"

OK, Dr. Shelton. I have reviewed the videos as you requested. I still haven't heard the answer to my questions. You seem to be acquainted with Dr. Garry Gordon, who pushes EDTA oral/liquid chelation as a way to remove blood vessel plaque. If I understand him, and most of the other pushers of oral EDTA chelation, then my original observation that EDTA chelates blood-borne calcium (and, thus also impacts calcium that is mixed in with the plaque and cholesterol clogging my arteries.) Decalcifying the clogged areas causes the clogs to slowly dissolve. Thus helping the arteries and other blood vessels become clear, over time. Perhaps this topic could be the subject of your next video..."How EDTA helps clear your arteries...NOT!" I understand that EDTA is indiscriminate in the calcium it chooses to chelate. That is, whatever it comes across first is what it will work on first. Most EDTA pushers describe a 6-week regimen of EDTA intake, followed by a few weeks off. During the off weeks, take a multi-mineral supplement to replenish what was lost. I also chose to buy tetrasodium EDTA, instead of disodium or trisodium EDTA, because tetrasodium EDTA chelates twice as fast, due to Its' pH level of 9.5-12, vs 4-7 for the others. I want to know what type of testing is needed to watch for signs of too much bone calcium depletion, and other trace minerals. I need to lose nearly 100 lbs of weight. But I want to make sure that my arteries aren't so clogged that I'll give myself a heart attack while exercising. Thank you for encouraging me to use this space to talk to you. I'll try not to abuse it.
